This build leverages heavily off of invulnerability and block stacking.
Gilick with a certain cerebrum enhancement, gets invulnerability frames on defensive cast. With 75% CDR, that invulnerability has almost 100% uptime. Even when its not up, you still will have block stacks to absorb a couple of hits.
To deal damage this build focuses on discharging as much static as gilick-ly possible. Thorn blast fires upwards of 15+ projectiles each which can apply static and crit to apply a second static. All while the defensive is ticking and critting and applying static aswell. With every discharge a puddle spawns, and lemme tell you these can cover the entire screen lol.... Also turns out, critical spark is triggered by both tractor beams, and acid drip.... The beauty is endless.
My advice for this build is simple. Take care of your button pressing finger, and when you see duplicating enemies or the legion spawners... pray to whatever game gods you care about that nothing crashes when the puddles come a knockin'
If anyone tries this build with the perk Sparking over Tractor Beams, lemme know what success you get. Btw the abyss I capped at was mainly due to PC limitations, so if anyone wants to take this farther please do! Good Luck Wranglers!

P.S My recommendation is to nerf or cap CDR or iframes to double check that there is no overlap. I adore this build, but recognize that catalyzer only immortality probably shouldnt exist. Kwipeck, and Gwigoon are also capable of being immortal, just with nowhere near this level of DPS.
P.S.S. As a player, if you do nerf this aspect of the game please please bring back the possibility with a future perk (or pair of perks to create a defensive engine...) Perhaps something along the lines of like -Streamline; Grants 10% CDR above cap.-
