tractor beam hits enemies instantly and trough walls even! It has huge range, increase comes from voidlings size, thats why we take Decaying matter mutation(giant size is needed in splicing menu too) this makes youre voidling able to hit anythingh over a wide range as its spawning in and gives us a chance for an egg drop.
Golden goose mutation only drops eggs of the same species as the voidling youre currently using, and you can use this build on any species!
Decaying Matter, despite Decay debuff dot it never seams to trigger because of how fast you kill and how far away enemies are due to how mutations snipes at them.
Best mission for farming eggs and best spot to put youre voidling in attached images. Happy farming.
Since we dont have healing the spot simply offers best secure place to snipe enemies withouth taking risks(aswell i think it offers more spawning places like underneath us theres a cavern where they can also spawn), been using this one for 2h no damage taken. As long as you havent finished all 5 zone objectives, enemies will spawn indefinitely! the more zones you clear the more enemies should spawn in, find the right ratio for yourself, but be weary of flying enemies as their can shoot you from outside the range of tractor beam. if you dont clear a single zone only small non flying enemies shall spawn in.
For catalyzers just take anythingh with : power, armor, HP(just in case), anythingh else i kinda pointless. If youre not using a voidling with 20 in all stat than i suggest alteast have 20 in Strenght and some in Vitality.
DISCLAIMER: increased range from Gigantic size/Decaying matter might not be intended by devs so i may be patched.
