Hive Tyrant Packuran
The theory
Meet The "Hive Tyrant" Packuran, a close-range brawler, that true to their name can command an army of bugs, locusts, leeches and poisonous gnats. Our little hivelings apply poison stacks to fast that we get immense value out of Blight Harvest nearly every melee, and even more so with Cursed Ground's Armor Reduction.
Get out of the way, Gwigoon. There's a new summoner in the abyss!

The infested status effect inflicted by our secondary Locust Rush which is just an okay damage over time effect with a cool visual effect of swarming bugs, admittedly demonic dash would be a better secondary option but locust is thematic and fun to me.
If you meant the perk, Infestation, that spawns the leeches on tertiary ability use our (E) which in Packuran's case is his melee.
