Description
Bleed is good. But Static Discharge can be triggered more often and is not limited by stack size.
How to use:
- Shock.
- Block.
- Stun lock.
How (I think) it works:
- Massive AOE means everything is stunned all the time.
- The Block buff has like a 90% uptime.
- When using Aerial Pull, a massive number of Static stacks are applied, causing multiple procs of Static Discharge.
Tips:
- Use Aerial Pull as much as possible. Every two seconds (or every fourth Recovery Vault) with CDR.
- Focus enemies with the Toxic modifier (scary stuff).
- Lists are more attractive with an odd number of points (it's true, look it up).
Disclaimers
- Fire Rate. You need it. Gwigoon's attack is an animation with an impact pause midway through. This pause reduces your fire rate significantly, reducing healing output.
- These are not the optimal stats, but the stats I had access to. I believe Agility and Vitality would be ideal.
- As of time of writing (6/21) I no longer see the shield icon when triggering Galvanized. However it appears to still block damage.
I left at level 74 because I needed sleep. However the build still felt solid. I'll see how far the build can go at a later date.
If anyone gets further, let me know and I'll update the build. If a YouTube link is provided I'll plug it into the page.
Lastly big shoutout to the GOAT @Menaka for making the website and to all the Markdown nerds out there.
